How are my listings matched?

By your board ID: the agent ID CREA's DDF® feed attaches to every MLS® listing you're the listing agent on. Once your account is linked, new listings appear within about an hour of hitting the MLS® and sold or expired ones drop off.

How do you know it's really me?

You sign in with a code sent to your email. If that email is the one on your website or brokerage profile, or at your own website's domain, we link your board ID automatically. Anyone else asking for a board ID waits for us to confirm it by hand, so nobody can take over your listings or your buyer messages.

What's free?

Everything except your branding: your matched listings, floor plans, your dashboard and market comparisons, and buyer messages. No card needed.

What does the Agent Profile add, and what does it cost?

Your name, photo and brokerage on your listing cards in mihom.ca search, and your headshot, phone and email on your listing pages. $10 a month, or $90 a year (25% less than monthly).

Does the Agent Profile get my listings more views or a better spot?

No. It doesn't change where your listings appear in search or how often they're shown; every listing is treated the same. It changes how your listings look and how buyers reach you.

Do I need the Agent Profile to get buyer messages?

No. Buyer messages about your listings reach you on the free plan too.

How do billing and cancelling work?

Online payments aren't open yet, so nobody is being charged. When they open, the Agent Profile renews automatically each month or year, you can cancel any time, and it stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

Where does the information come from?

Listings come from CREA's DDF® feed of the MLS® System; your name, photo and brokerage come from your public REALTOR® directory listing. You can edit your profile or delete your account at any time.
